Print Replacement Policy

If your print fades or experiences a color shift, we will replace it at no charge. To request a replacement print, please call our Customer Service number (804)674-0771) or send us an email with the following information:

Known Issues & Problems

Limitations All color fades in time, regardless of medium. No art work should be displayed unless matted and framed under glass with acid free or buffered mats and backing boards. Avoid displaying artwork in direct sunlight. The above warranty applies only to prints which have been archivally matted and framed or are still sealed in the original shrinkwrap. We will reframe your print at no charge if you deliver it to us or ship it postage-paid. We cannot reimburse the cost of third party framing, and no other warranties are expressed or implied.
